Meet Emily Latiolais

An active member of her community, Emily Latiolais is here for you. Whether it’s a family matter, an estate probate, criminal charge, or you’re a victim who has suffered an injury - Latiolais Law Firm is here to help you.

Emily graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a degree in Political Science. While in undergraduate, Emily led her department as the Chair of the Political Science Student Advisory Board and served as President of Loyola’s chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, a National Political Science Honors Society. Upon graduating with her Bachelor’s, Emily received a merit based scholarship to attend Loyola Law School.

During law school, Emily had the pleasure to intern for several well respected attorneys in Louisiana, including a judicial internship with the Orleans Civil District Court. She also participated in the Family and Estate Law Clinic with the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice in her last year of law school, where she worked diligently to offer free legal services to clients who needed it the most. Throughout her time in law school and since being licensed to practice law, Emily has consistently made an effort to assist low-income families in need of legal services.

After passing the Louisiana State Bar the first time taking it, Emily had the opportunity to work in the world of private practice. Throughout her experience, which focused mainly on personal injury, Emily has helped countless victims recover for their injuries.

Emily founded Latiolais Law Firm so that she can focus on providing service to her community. She continues to be a compassionate and diligent advocate for her clients.

In her spare time, you will find Emily participating in events and festivals in and around the Acadiana region and cheering on the University of Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.
